Mozn Defect Policy

This policy covers defects that are present when your order arrives. If an item is delivered in damaged or defective condition, or if the incorrect item is received, we will address the issue.

This policy applies only to defects identified at delivery. It does not cover normal wear from use, changes in appearance over time, accidental damage, water exposure, chemical exposure, or issues that occur after regular daily wear. Custom items are not covered.

 or text 281 832 8848. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate next steps. In most cases, the item may need to be returned before a resolution is issued. If a defect is confirmed, we cover the return shipping.
