Defect and Replacement Policy

Mozn works to ensure every order arrives in the expected condition. This policy explains how we handle items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, as well as how our long-term replacement support works.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item is delivered, we will assist with a replacement. This coverage applies only to defects present at the time of delivery. It does not cover normal wear, changes in appearance over time, accidental damage, water or chemical exposure, or issues that occur after delivery.

To report a defect present at delivery, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You can reach us at support@mozn.us or text 281-832-8848. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide the next steps. Some items may need to be returned to:

If a return is required due to a confirmed defect, Mozn covers the return shipping.

Mozn also offers long-term replacement support. If your item breaks during normal use at any point in the future, you may request a replacement of the same product. Contact us at support@mozn.us or text 281-832-8848 with your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue. In some cases, the original item may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.
